About the Artist

Valery Vinokurov was born in the former Soviet Union where his passion for the fine arts led him to study at the Art Academy of Latvia. His art can be found in many esteemed private collections in North America, Israel, Japan, Austria, and throughout Europe. He now resides in Canada.
